I have used talking rooms twice now and I was very nervous at first as I was uncomfortable with talking to someone about my situation and my feelings but I have found it extremely easy and very helpful. Both counsellors have been very easy to talk to and I haven’t felt judged and have walked away from my sessions feeling hopeful and taken the steps I have needed to heal. I would definitely recommend this service to talk to someone who is partial to your situation and can offer advice and compassion to help you through your tough times.

I was very wary of counselling. But found the whole experience excellent. Very easy to navigate and my councillor was totally amazing so easy to talk to. I felt listened to. She helped me find my voice and untimely carry that with me. She helped me to find me.
