Employee Assistance Program

Flexible mental health support to future-proof your business

An alternative to insurance-based employee assistance programs

If you provide private health insurance as part of your employee benefits package, you’ve probably already been offered an Employee Assistance Program as part of your policy. However, employee health insurance isn’t right for every business.

Major insurers also need to create services in line with your annual premium, which can make it difficult for you to tailor the support you receive to suit your employees’ needs and those of your business. Their support is often provided via a

telephone helpline where calls go to a call centre rather than a named therapist. While this can provide short-term help, it doesn’t offer the same continuity of care.

Most health insurance policies include a set number of therapy sessions. However, if your employees need further support when those sessions end, they’ll often need to find a different therapist.

79% of British employees commonly experience work-related stress.

This has increased by 20% since 2018.

Here’s how our approach differs:

We’re solely focused on supporting good mental health in your workplace. When your employee comes to us for help, they’ll see the same therapist from start to finish rather than calling a helpline.

You can choose how many sessions you want to fund.

Your employee can self-fund to continue as a private patient after their funded sessions end.
