Summer Counselling in Education

I don’t think there has ever been a better time to improve access to counselling in schools. OUR YOUNG PEOPLE NEED THIS!!

We were lucky enough to discuss this and be included in a discussion in yesterdays Scottish Daily Record & Sunday Mail,

We are also delighted to announce we now have a Summer Counselling provision for schools via phone therapy. This is the FIRST TIME EVER, education partners have agreed to this service!

My belief is that there should be continuity of support for young people. Mental health and wellbeing doesn’t take a break or work to a schools calendar, so neither should a service provision.

Our current education partners are supporting their young people to access therapists and counsellors during the Summer holidays, and we welcome the conversation with other education establishments in need of Summer counselling support.  Email Nicola@thetalkingrooms.com to discuss your needs before the 20th June 2020.
