Following the successful launch of our community initiative in Cambuslang, we are delighted to announce we are now launching our free community walk and talk initiative in the West End of Glasgow. The idea being is to get people out and about walking, connecting and talking. You’ll be joined by two qualified CBT therapists also. All you need is a pair of comfy shoes, and a bottle of water! Meeting at the fountain in Kelvingrove Park for an hours walk and talk around the park and surrounding area. Suitable for all! If you know someone who would benefit from this walk, be it someone who is isolated, someone who’s just had a baby or someone who just needs to get out and talk – please feel free to share!
