Join the Mental Wellbeing Collective from the Talking Rooms
We’ve been through challenging times that have given most of us a lot more time to think. For some that means more time to worry. It’s helped me to reflect on ways that I can use my knowledge and skills to support more people. How can we help each other?
Serving the Talking Rooms community
My private practice has been created to help people of all ages and from all walks of life. My team and I have worked tirelessly to provide that support. The COVID-19 lockdown put constraints on the way that we’re able to work, but one thing hasn’t changed. We’re still having powerful conversations with our clients. Those conversations have taken on a new commonality that need a fresh approach.
We’re all worrying more
Life feels more uncertain now than it ever has before. We’re constantly questioning what the future will hold and are struggling to find answers. The fear and uncertainty has left us feeling as if we’re on an emotional rollercoaster. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
None of us know what the future holds, but one thing is for certain. If we don’t take time to take control of our own inner world, we’ll feel the effects for years to come. I doubt that worrying is a new thing for you. As humans we’re designed to seek out threats and try to create solutions. Creating certainty out of uncertainty helps us to manage our fears and anxiety. The trouble is, when we’re faced with a period of prolonged uncertainty, it feels as if the sand beneath our feet is constantly shifting. The worry becomes overwhelming and prevents us from living life to its fullest.
Even when there’s a good reason to worry, our anxiety can still build to a level that will be harmful in the long run. If you feel that your worrying is getting out of control, then the wellbeing collective is for you.
What is a collective?
I want to help you go from worrier to warrior and build your resilience.
The collective will be a group of warriors working together to free themselves from the shackles of professional worrying. I’ll share my knowledge, tools and proven strategies to help you master your mind and develop skills that will help you to manage your worrying for years to come.
My approach is based on the same integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approach that I use with my one on one clients. It’s all designed to help you improve your mood and rid yourself of behaviours that are holding you back.
I know that there’s a warrior in everyone. I want to help you achieve that for yourself.
How will it work?
Myself and my team will be creating new content each month, which will build upon improving your mental wellbeing, so once you’ve tackled the worrier course, you can get started on Resilience and even try out our bespoke guided meditations.
These are key and vital psychological strategies to help you manage your worries. I’ve developed these techniques over thousands of hours of training, experience and personal development and I’m sharing them with you for just a few quid. In fact, these are the same techniques that I use with my private patients, but at a fraction of the cost.
For the first one of these courses, these will go out live, so if you are a member you can join my live and add and contribute in the Q&A.
